Refund Policy

Gann Supremacy believes in helping its students as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will not be considered for Seminars/Courses/Newsletter. The cancellation request will not be entertained if training or seminars have already been started/imparted. There is no cancellation, if payment is made on the day of training/seminars.
• Gann Supremacy does not accept cancellation requests if student/s is/are not satisfied with the content or training programme at Seminar/Courses. All students are hereby advised to enquire thoroughly about the credentials and track record of Gann Supremacy and its members before opting for any Seminar/Courses/News Letter services. • Gann Supremacy is an educational organization and its founder M/s R K investment intends to educate you on techniques and/or analysis and/or hypothetical trading strategies associated with W.D. GANN principle and other forms of market analysis. You have a unique opportunity to learn from the experiences and techniques taught by Shyamal Sinha. However, the tutorials/Nifty Update etc. do not, and should not be implied to, provide that any level of success or profits shall be attained or realized as a direct result.
• Gann Supremacy, its managers, members, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, successors and assigns, and affiliated companies (collectively the “M/s R K investment and Gann Supremacy” assume no responsibility, obligation or liability for any loss or expense which may be incurred as a result of the utilization of the instruction provided during the seminar, workshop or in the tutorial. By your execution/acceptance of this Risk disclosure, Disclaimer and conditions of use agreement (RDD) you are agreeing to the forgoing and you waive any such responsibility, obligation and liability on the part of the AOT / RRR PROFIT group. Constituents’ parties of the m/s R K investment and Gann Supremacy group may be a broker or dealer or a member of any stock exchange or any other security exchange and also may be registered with any regulatory agency. However, when acting as constituent of the M/s R K Investment group they do not assume any of the other roles they may play individually. M/s R K Investment group itself is not a member of any stock exchange and not registered with any regulatory authority. The services provided by the M/s r K Investment group are for the soul purpose of education/ or entertainment.
• By accepting RDD agreement you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: (a) The M/s R K Investment group has not made any representation, or warranties of any kind whatsoever that your trading activities will result any profits. (b) You acknowledge and agree that all trading decisions that you make hereafter shall have been by means of your sole determination and not by means of the assistance of the M/s R K Investment group. (c) Trading can involve high risk with the potential for substantial losses. (d) Seminar/Workshop/Newsletter /Course fees are nonrefundable if training or services are already started/ imparted partially or fully.

Non-disclosure agreement

By accepting this you agree that no part of any publication or information received from the M/s R K Investment may be reproduced, stored in retrieval system, transcribed or transmitted in any form by any means, electronic, photocopy, mechanical, recording or otherwise with or without the prior written permission of M/s R K investment. This copyrighted material is for your personal use only and you cannot assume ownership of the same.
